Shipping Policy

At The Plain Clothing Company, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Our shipping policy outlines the shipping methods, costs, and delivery times available for your convenience.

  1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and expedited shipping.
  3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The Plain Clothing Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  5. Damages: The Plain Clothing Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  6. International Shipping Policy: We currently ship to select international locations. Please check our website for more information on international shipping availability and rates.
  7. Shipping Restrictions: Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions. If your order contains such items, you will be notified at checkout.
  8. Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. The Plain Clothing Company is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  9. Lost or Stolen Packages: The Plain Clothing Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Return Policy

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)\
  • Products showing excessive wear and tear
  • Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
  • Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced
  • Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction
  • Products that have been soiled or contaminated, until they have been properly cleaned
